Heistr update with the latest skill descriptions is live, and there is a hotfix currently processing. (Fix for displaying the wrong skill points available number.)

That's actually the old version that is no longer is updated (I lost the signing key, see here for explanation.)

If that still doesn't work, you can download the latest apk from here. This is taken straight from the open source code so is completely legit.
