yep, iFixit is good choice (Play store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dozuki.ifixit&hl=en apk: http://choilieng.com/apk-on-pc/com.dozuki.ifixit.apk) but i think if you want to make tuts with photo/video, why don't you use simply use recording apps?
