I know it's technically supposed to be used for tracking mad gainz, but inProgress is made to take daily pics of body changes which is exactly what you are looking for.
mProgress is a fitness app made to take progress pics. It allows you to gather them by collection (so you can track biceps progress separately from abs progress etc if you wish), and will automatically produce a gif of any collection if you want. Pretty cool.
I'm having trouble finding a good app for taking progress pictures.
Ideally I would have a semi-transparent layer showing my last picture (to line myself up). And support for multiple angles (front, back, side). I would love to open the app every night, quickly/easily snap three pictures, and then go through the rest of my bedtime routine.
Lots of apps only have one angle or have unnecessary features, like social sharing and making some kind of montage. Taking photos with Google Camera will splay them into my Google Photos and my general stream. I'd have to manually add them to an album and somehow hide them. I don't want a bunch of half-naked unflattering photos of myself in there.
inProgress seems like what I'm looking for, and I used it several years ago. But it doesn't seem to be updated anymore and has surprisingly few users.
My apps:
myfitnesspal for weight logging
Runtastic Pro for run logs
mProgress for visual logging. It can auto-generate gifs too!
InProgress allows you to take photographs over a span of time and overlay them into a GIF. I've used it to track my own weight loss selfies and document the progression of a snowfall.
Dactyl is often mentioned on here by the developer, but I must admit it's pretty convenient to have. For my Nexus 5X, it allows me to use the fingerprint sensor instead of the screen to capture a photograph.
Google Trips pulls confirmation emails from Gmail/Inbox and organizes trips automatically. With an upcoming trip to Vegas it has made it easy to keep information in one place as well as offer suggestions of things to do once there.
Icons of choice: Pixel Icon Pack. All are the same shape (which I always prefer), and the only time you pay is if you want to have an icon made. The library of availability is huge.
