I use an app on my phone called iReal Pro MusicBook-PlayAlong. You can make your own charts and edit any existing chart to your liking. You can also change the style the music is played in, tempo, key, etc.
I highly recommend it.
Here's a link to import 1300 jazz standards: http://www.irealb.com/forums/showthread.php?12753-Jazz-1300-Standards
Yes, there's an app called iReal Pro - Music Book & Backing Tracks, which is pretty essential for us jazz musicians in my opinion.
You can make your own charts and edit any existing chart to your liking. You can also change the style the music is played in, tempo, key, etc.
If you do get it, press the Forums tab, press Jazz, then Jazz 1300 Standards. From there you can import 1300 standards.
Not what you asked for, but just in the event you don't know it, iReal Pro is an excellent practicing tool for musicians, just insert the chords (or download them from the forum) and let your phone play-a-long while you solo.
Repetition and practice makes perfect. You won't be able to just pick up a horn for the first time and burn like Cannonball Adderley. Now I'm not a horn player but I would definitely recommend you check out the app iReal Pro, it has chords and backing tracks for every song out there. Pick a song you like and improvise on that same song for an hour (or a long time). Just keep going and squeeze new ideas out as much as you can. Eventually by the 10th time maybe, if you stop worrying about trying to sound so much like anyone else or sound good, you will notice you will just naturally start sounding good without even trying! Yes, this is what you need OP.
I just use iReal Pro MusicBook-PlayAlong on my android phone.
No melodies though.
This one? nope, looks good. I've jammed along with backing tracks on YouTube, with rocksmith and stuff, but would like to create my own stuff to practice my rhythm too? Will definitely check it the app if it's worth it though!
iRealPro. Worth every penny.

iReal Pro is a great app for creating chord progression backing tracks, lots of styles to choose from.
IReal pro is great for this as well.
A few apps I can vouch for:
