You can see where the ISS is in relation to the surface. You'll only get decent video when it's day. There's also an app for android called ISS onlive, which shows the map and video at the same time. It also has an alarm that will alert you when the ISS is overhead you.
There is an app that gives a live feed from the ISS, its very entertaining to put on and guests are often amazed watching it.
I also sometimes just put on naturecast for some relaxing moving nature backgrounds
