Android or iOS?
I think you're already past a lot of basic tutorials but there are still some good ones. On Android, Javvy for Java, Enki has minigames and challenges for multiple techs, maybe Encode for HTML/JS. CodeAnywhere is a little much on a phone but it's a full dev environment. Same with AIDE. If you're iOS, I can go dig through my iPad later.
Not an app, but freeCodeCamp is pretty good and I think you can do a lot of it, but maybe not all, from a phone. CodeSchool isn't free, though sometimes they do free weekends and some courses are free, but I really love their video courses. No good way to do the coding challenges but you could watch and they are at least not slow and boring.
Not programming at all, but you might also enjoy working on a new language on Duolingo.
there is an app on android called 'Javvy' https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.hellocode.javvy&hl=en learn to code
