I like this weird little Japanese game, Judge! (also on iTunes), which tests your umpiring skills.

hap Inc. makes some fun baseball apps, like Judge! where you're an umpire judging balls, strikes, foul balls, and close plays on the basepaths.

Their other baseball games like Crazy Batting Center (my favorite) and Home Runtaro are fun too.
