realkana.com is a good website
also, if you're on Android, I recommend Kana Town, it was the app I used in the beginning and I think it is really good!
to practice on the web use https://realkana.com/
on Android, I recommend Kana Town
This guide breaks them down into sets of 5 based on their consonants, it's how I got started with Japanese this year and it made things pretty simple and straightforward.

Tofugu has you go through all the vowels and unvoiced consonants first, then immediately mix them with dakuon/dakuten and combination hiragana like が and きゅ.
In other words, you are introduced to them all separately, but you practice all of them together every time you get a new set of characters.
The Realkana website and iOS app (they don't have one for android but the free Kana Town app is comparable) are pretty reliable tools for studying Hiragana and Katakana very quickly. Realkana is preferred though because it shows you multiple writing styles for each kana.
