An early access game named Keep Craft. From the play store description: "Keep Craft is an incremental civilization management game that lets you lead your people from the stone age to the modern era." Just started, and I really like it this far.

Keep Craft is a nice example. Originally a desktop game, the mobile port did a decent job of compressing a massive amount of information into a small amount of space.

Alas, the publisher's homepage, which had a helpful/relevant dev blog, was taken over by sketchiness.
