Author of said guide here, as well as the Android one. The Android version is missing some animations, and the extras/endings/music cannot be accessed with VNDS. If you have $5, buying Kirikiroid2 will apparently solve these problems, though I haven't tried it myself.
If your tablet rocks Android then I'd recommend giving Kirikiroid2 a whirl. It can run just about any of the great many 吉里吉里2-based vns (they use the xp3 file format), e.g. F/sn and F/ha, Comyu, KnS, G-Senjou, SnK, you name it. It also supports Unicode, so you're not limited to Japanese, but can run their respective English versions. While the onscripter and rlvm interpreters are pretty good, in and of themselves, this one here takes the game a step further. I've read a few vns with it (even the ones with gameplay elements) and I've yet to encounter any bugs or crashes. Strongly recommended for mobile vn reading.
Don't remember the exact details with how to patch the game and everything, you'd have to look on /r/fatestaynight for more info on that.
I just followed all what's written on the Useful links section of this sub.
I bought Kirikiroid2 from the playstore. Kirikiroid2
I don't understand the question, lucky patcher for what? All you need is a copy of VN to copy to your phone and this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.tvp.kirikiri2&hl=en_US&gl=US
Note that it seems Android 11 has broken some of the permissions, so test it first.
You don't need VNDS at all, Kirikiri (the engine used by F/sn and various other VNs) has an Android port: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.tvp.kirikiri2&hl=en
Not to mention that F/sn itself has an official Android port: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.typemoon.fsn2&hl=en
Your best bet would be to use a vn engine like Kirikiroid2 or Onscripter Plus to run visual novels supported by the engine or convert them in the VNDS format and use the VNDS app (at the expense of animations and visual effects). Play Store has some visual novels though, but most of them are either bad or in Japanese (Steins Gate, Chaos Head Noah, Fate/Stay Night). Stellaren may be worth looking into. If My Heart had Wings has an android port too.
Also, visual novels tend to lag on older android devices, specially if you use kirikiroid2 or onscripter. So try out the free version of these apps first for compatibility test before buying.
that's build on the kirikiri2 engine if you use kirikiridroid2

it will already work on android bud :P
Another method is to use Kirikiroid2|Paid or Kirikiroid2|Free(requires Chinese to be default system language or if rooted use App Settings -- xposed module -- to change the apps language itself)
Been playing My Girlfriend is the President. Screenshots.
