After opening it, scroll down until you see a thing that says "Today's Korean Conversation" and it will be there. Sometimes it doesn't take you to the latest one, in that case you have to tap o the date that appears on top to change it.
I'm on Android, and I'll either use the online website (endic.naver.com) or the Naver Dictionary Android app.
It appears there's an identical one for <strong>iOS</strong>!
Of course, if I'm feeling ~~lucky~~ lazy, I'll use the good ol' Google Translate

Further Edit: The Naver 사전 also has definitions for idioms - How extensive they are, I'm not too sure. I suspect the interface is really just a browser in disguise, but it gets the job done, and can occasionally translate better than Google Translate.
Google Translate's Android app can read handwriting. It's pretty neat! (And a good method for 한글 practice with a stylus) :)
