https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sololearn.htmltrial awesome series of apps to learn programming. Since you're designing basic websites, html is fine, but for better performance, more security, and a lot more you can do with it, html5 is the way to go. This is a great place to start though.

I've just downloaded SoloLearn's Learn HTML app. Already passed the 1st module and it seems pretty cool for starting.
