I asked a question similar to this in another thread. I ended up going with Luchadeer, although I've noticed it doesn't always notify you when they're streaming, and sometimes waits until the archive is uploaded.

Luchadeer for Android notifies when the crew does a stream, it also notifies you when a video is up. Give me a sec and I will link it.

Chromecast is already supported for archived content, check out luchadeer.
