Looks like they stopped updating it and it's no longer playable on new phones :( it's on Nintendo DS though. Maybe you can run DraStic?

There's Might & Magic Clash of Heroes. Licensed game that follows the same style (I think, it's the only M&M game I've ever played) by the same company.
Alternatively you could emulate the Nintendo DS version of it - but it'd probably be a lot easier to just play the official port.
One of my favorite mobile games of all time. Played it on both the DS and IOS, it's a real shame they never released it for android. Puzzle Quest 2 is ok, but not as good as the original. The Marvel one was awful.
