math master - this version https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mathmaster&hl=en (there are a few with the same name)
don't expect too much from phone apps - they're good for checking arithmetic ofc though. This app has lots of 'levels' which works for me I guess because it annoys me If I can't see them all :P You might have to by it - if you do (and work through it) you'll definitely have got your moneys worth imo though
