The most reliable weather app I've found (for UK purposes at least) is the Met Office app.

Not sure whether they charge to use their data or not but it might be worth looking into if you're wanting to expand to UK users.
Ah, thanks for the info! Looks like the Met Office weather app isn't available in the US Play Store, but I found it via Google: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=uk.gov.metoffice.weather.android Don't know how good it is or anything, but there's a chance it might be better than the BBC one. It's great that the Climendo app works for you though! It lagged and said something like "obtaining information" when I tried to see how it ranked weather data providers for my area. :(
I use the Met Office app as I feel like it has accurate data. This is due to ITV using their data. This can be seen on the ITV news when they are showing the weather.
Also, Source 1 states that ITV has chosen to use the Met Office's data. I know this article is from four years ago but find it hard to believe that the Met Office has gone downhill since then.

Not sure your area but if you're in the UK then the official met office app has pressure.
