Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/581130/Metal_Waltz_Anime_tank_girls/
(At release the game had a bigger fanbase than 100 players but still only 100K dowloads for a game released in 2016)
Also the game survive mostly due to it's chinese fanbase and is still playable and update frequently.
Welcome back!
On Android, it's called Metal Waltz:

There used to be dozens (if not hundreds) of Kantai Collection clones of every conceivable theme during its heyday. Most were left in the dust ever since Azur Lane took KC's spot as the boatgirl game. These are the ones that I can remember:
Warship Girls, probably the first KanColle clone that made it big. Apparently it's still alive in CN.
Shooting Girl was the original "guns as anime girls" game, or at least it's the earliest I can find.
Oshiro Project, or Kantai Collection with castles. Was relaunched in 2016 with the title "Shiro Project:RE".
Ace Virgin, also known as Virgin Strike, featured a cast of moe-fied warplanes. Was shut down in 2019, but apparently it was relaunched as Ace Virgin Turnaround.
Panzer Waltz (r/PanzerWaltz) is about anthropomorphic tanks and other armored fighting vehicles. It's still up on Play Store and Steam as Metal Waltz.
Yes I played it, no it is not as good as AL, yes it can be extremely P2W
