I would also download the Android app called "Moves for Mortal Kombat X" by box on boards. You can look up the moves quicker and it has everything in it. Secret brutalities, a place to save your custom combos. They have a free and a paid version.

it's not as fully featured as you're looking for though.
If anyone is looking to make an android app this one for street fighter is a good comparison to what MKX needs.
