It does allow you to make individual notes per frame and does have option to keep track of the transition with entries for Break Point, Ball at Arrows, Start Position, Speed, Revs, Hand Position and Finger Position. Honestly I don't currently use it or any app. I did use earlier versions for about 2 years before it came to the point where I was spending more time on my phone than enjoying the company of my teammates. While it was helping me out, I didn't think it was enough for where my game is at to justify it. For me, it made it seem more like work than fun. Still I would recommend it to anyone who wants to keep track of their game. Really you can do as much or little as you want with this app.
The full version is about $9 and the free lite version should give you an idea if it's right for you.
