I'm only posting because no one else is. I have tygem on my Android phone in English and just checked the install. There are two clients in the store and the English one has a black bottom banner while the original is orange. It's a little wonky but game requests come in quickly. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tyo.tygem
I'm not sure, but I think it's Korean only. Here's a link to the app, you could try downloading it and see if you can find a way to change the language.
I do not judge that you like it, but it is not a real app. It would not matter if I opened OGS in a Chrome tab, and in fact, to register from the "web app", you have to go to Chrome due to a bug.
The interface is not designed for mobile and therefore it is annoying to use when setting up and playing games.
In terms of design alone, the apps from Tygem, Pandanet, and Fox are much better. And on top of that, those apps have a real matchmaking system and a large player base.
And still competing against the big 3, GoQuest, although visually ugly, is the most comfortable and practical. At least when it comes to blitz and small board games. Which to be honest is what most play when using the cell phone.
