lets you move it around and resize it very freely, its also gesture based. and there is an undocking feature coming soon.
I have heard that it is not effective as a phone keyboard for the same reason. If I choose to use something else it will probably be NovaKey or something like it.
Little known, but Novakey has a pretty convenient way to move the cursor and select if you can get used to it. In fact it may be the best one at that.
