App is a full narration of the game by Dice Tower's Eric Summerer. It's free to download so check it out: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobieos.karan.Wolf_Android14_11_13&hl=en
One Night Ultimate Werewolf is technically a board / card game but you could just write the titles down on paper instead of buying cards.
I think they have started inculding the other versions like Mafia and Daybreak.
Not Android and not one phone but the Jackbox Party Pack on Steam allows you all to play on phones / tablets / computers and has many drawing games and quizzes. There's three sets out so far.
It's free and moderates the game. You put in the roles you have and it reads it off with a timer.

Buy the cards, make some by writing on a poker deck with a sharpie, or print your own out. https://solvingme.com/one-night-ultimate-werewolf-cards-print-and-play-30-roles-included/
Most games on this list that have multiplayer also have single device pass and play multiplayer. (Turn based board and card games):

One Night Ultimate Werewolf is an app assisted social game. You can download the rules here: https://fgbradleys.com/rules/rules2/OneNightUltimateWerewolf-rules.pdf and it is easy enough to make your own cards using a cheap poker deck and a sharpie. I highly recommend purchasing the physical game though since it is a very fun game for social situations.
Some action games that offer offline multiplayer on multiple devices using wifi hotspot (in my experience wifi is better than Bluetooth for multiplayer):
Multigba S and My Boy (GBA emulators).
Soul Knight.
Bombsquad.
Spaceteam.
Haven't come up with a complete list yet, but here's what I've got so far.
First item in the box, for me, is obviously a deck of playing cards. Not only does it allow for the usual gambling games like Poker and Blackjack, but the cards can be modified and substituted for lots of other game components. For example, I'd take a marker and write up the roles for One Night Ultimate Werewolf on part of the deck, to avoid needing the now-redundant cardboard tokens.
Next up is a Chessex set of 36 miniature d6's in different colors. Just like the playing cards, dice can be easily repurposed for lots of games. In particular, I'm interested in using them as score counters, but they also allow for games like Liar's Dice and Yahtzee.
Then, I'm going to throw in Love Letter. It's another social deduction game, but different enough from ONUW that it seems worth including. Plus it's only 16 cards, and that kind of space efficiency is hard to argue with. Dice can be used for score-keeping, rather than including the wooden cubes. Or you can just keep track of the score in your head.
To get outside of the social deduction genre, I think Tsuro is a solid inclusion here -- but only the tiles themselves. The board is unnecessary (just delineate a 6x6 grid on the table, using playing cards as placeholders if you absolutely must) and use the dice as pawns. (This is why you need the dice to be different colors.)
You've also got plenty of room for a Fluxx deck, so let's throw that in. SET seems like a good choice as well.
Plenty of space left, of course, and lots of stuff to fill it with, but nothing that screams "efficiency" to me.
What should I fill the rest of the space up with? My current box leans heavily towards social deduction games. What could I throw in to add to the variety? Am I overlooking something that could be even more compact than I've written here?

I've found great enjoyment in Werewolf. If you have Android, this app makes the game!

I've found it completely random as to when the announcers will say stuff unrelated to the game as well.
