I'm still working on QKSMS, but most of my time is spent working on OneSet

It's pretty much a photo/video sharing community for fitness, and some really exciting stuff is happening in the next few months! Most of I can't talk about yet, but I'm super pumped

To be honest, I'm actually going to be spending more time working on QKSMS now that it's open source. This isn't a case of "I give up on this so here, you guys deal with it". As I mentioned before, my goal with QK is to make the best SMS app on Android, and I want to do that hand in hand with the community

Certainly will! Currently there is another app that I'm spending quite a bit of time on. It's not remotely related to QK, but you asked about other apps so here you go :)

If you're on Android, we actually just launched a pretty similar app called OneSet. It's not restricted to bodyweight fitness, but there is a calisthenics category. Tomorrow we'll actually be releasing a pretty huge update that will dramatically improve the categorization and search functionality :)

We expect to launch our iOS version in the next few weeks

Compiling QKSMS took less than 10 seconds before I needed to add multidex, now 20-30 seconds

Hey /r/Android, a few of you might remember me talking about OneSet from my AMA last week! Well, we got quite a bit of feedback and we fixed a lot of things.

We wanted to get some more input from you guys in a thread that's made just for the app, so here we are! Joining me is /u/aarx8

A little bit about the app in case you're not familiar with OneSet

• It's similar to Vine, but we're focusing on one thing. Fitness. People can use the app to share fitness ideas through 15 second videos.
• It's a great tool for people who are newer to fitness or people who are looking to change up their stale routine.
• It's completely categorized, making it incredibly easy to find exactly what you're looking for
• We're part of the Velocity Garage program. They give office space and mentorship to a select few tech startups in Waterloo
• We're Android first. Aiming for an iOS launch in a few weeks
