There's Organ Trail for Android, which is a zombie themed homage to it. You can still die of dysentery so it's basically still the same.

I haven't found anything quite like Cataclysm, unfortunately. It's an amazing game and port.

Another game I've played (but haven't gotten too far in it yet) that gets good reviews and is recommended often is Doom & Destiny.

Like another poster said, maybe an emulator? I got Windward because it reminded me of the old Uncharted Waters game.

Honestly, Organ Trail is an amazing game (Yes, Organ, not Oregon). It's my favorite game on my Android. (steam playstation android )
