You should take a look at kivy. I use it to make professional desktop and mobile applications
Here is a desktop example https://youtu.be/GJ3f88ebDqc
Here is an Android example https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=rodolfo.pc.rodolfo
The biggest advantage kivy has over pyqt is that it is pythonic. Pyqt on the other hand is just a python interface to c++
I develop python apps for Android and IOS with Kivy for a living and I would say Android is much easier to develop for.
This is one of the published apps, the others coming: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=rodolfo.pc.rodolfo
I don't understand your question though, do you want a python interpreter in Android?? In that case, inclement has got you covered: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.inclem.pyonicinterpreter3&hl=en
