While PCGen itself is not available for Android, this app can read PCGen files and display them very well as character sheets. Well worth a look.
For all those struggling using PCGen as a character sheet reader in-game, I'd like to point you towards This Android app. Export your character from PCGen, import into the app, and it has a wonderful tablet or phone interface. Has dice rolling facilities, as well as taking into account modifying stats and effects that has on consequent rolls etc. I use it as a DM and player and find it incredibly useful.
I use PCGen Character Sheet Reader on Android to display my PCGen characters. Everything is reliant on making the PCGen program your bitch, then exporting your character to the right format for the app to read.
I have run with it for about 5 sessions with very few issues. I keep backup sheets just in case still.
