Photogrid

It's a Cheetah Mobile app but actually works ridiculously well. You not only get to create those collages, but you are given freedom to resize, change aspect ratios, etc pretty easily. I haven't found a replacement yet.

I've never used it, but Photo Grid looks like it can handle that.

Use photo grid it lets you make shit without any watermark. You can liberally select and delete it in editing.
