As /u/CoolMcDouche said phone model would be helpful. Also did you pick this phone up second hand or buy it from a legit store?
That being said it looks like HTC used to have, maybe still does?, a pluck app called HTC Plurk which you can check for if you have a HTC phone. Also this seems to be the official plurk app here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.plurk.android&hl=en you can check to see if it is installed too.
If neither of those work, we will need more information about the phone.
