Pocket Code looks kind of interesting, though I haven't had a chance to use it yet. Probably a lot more limited than game maker but for a lunch break it might be fun to look into?
I'm just going to mention Pocket Code by Catrobat.
I haven't used it personally, but people from my university are involved in its development. It's promoted as a tool to teach young people programming, but that shouldn't deter you. I'm not sure about it's capabilities, but it's constantly in development/getting updates.
