If you want or need more functionality, power planner is 100% the way to go.
Cross platform sync of all classes. It calculates your grade and overall GPA, has many useful views for seeing which homework to prioritize, has automatic Google calendar integration for classes and homeworks, amazing schedule view that also exports to png on Windows 10. It is seriously amazing. Storing 1 semester is free, getting more is a one time charge of 3 dollars or something similar.
I've used it for 4 semesters and it is a game changer honestly. It's hard to describe how useful and functional it is over text. The Windows 10 and Android apps run very smoothly, and I hear good things for the iOS app too if you have an iOS device.

I highly recommend the use of an app called Power Planner. This thing is the electronic planner of your dreams. At the beginning of the semester, you comb through your syllabi, put in your classes, class times, office hours, contact info, and assignments with their due dates. Then as each due date comes up you get a nifty notification on your W10, Android or iOS device! You can also check the calendar or agenda view to see what is coming up, and it also has a gradebook function so you can see what your grade is without having to manually compute it everytime. This gradebook also has a What If? feature, that allows you to see what kind of grade you would need in future assignments and tests to get the letter grade that you desire.
This is definitely the best find for me and has saved my ass numerous times when I forget an assignment but get a notification on my laptop and phone the day before, and an hour before. It is also very handy to check office hours and contact info there, rather than having to refind and open your syllabi from BlackBoard.

It is free to use, but to store more than one semester, you have to pay a one time fee (100% worth it).
