If you use PowerAmp and you're bothered by its inability to craft playlists based on your ratings, you should try <strong>PowerAmp Companion</strong>.
It's a very simple app that fixes the Top Rated automatic playlist with only the songs you have rated, 5 stars only, 4-5, 3-5, etc
It can also sync your last.fm ratings. Keep in mind it's still in beta so this feature is a bit buggy, but it works for me at least
