This app should let you sync from Google fit, but I don't know about the other

I personally use bearable to track my weight, and I'm also able to sync from Google fit from there. Again I don't think myfitnesspal is supported, but it might be in the future.

I'll keep looking for something to see if you can upload all of your history though. Hope this helps a bit. You might be able to sync all your myfitnesspal data to Google fit? I'm not sure if that's a thing but if it is, that might help you consolidate everything.

I remembered something I used to use in addition to a resistance training app by the same developer that specifically kept track of body measurements. It's old but the dev is quietly working on a big (ish) update.

I have the progression weight tracker app (for android) and I can't find any way to "zoom in" on the graph. Currently, it shows from my first logged weight in Google Fit (from 2014) but that's not super relevant. I'd be more interested in the last 6 months for example
