No idea what you are trying to do or how you are configured. Here is the PlayStore version of the app. If your call system can handle calls coming from outside/internet ip addresses you should be able to use that application to test Video Conferencing. Using that app, if I type in my IP address to my phone system gateway, I have my gateway setup to forward all H.323 calls to my conference room after converting to SIP. Because most people don't use SIP URI format to connect H.323 calls, you are stuck with IP address and therefore can only specify one target for the inbound H.323. However, if someone were to start an H.323 call with me and use SIP URI format by using , the H.323 call would be transcoded/transcribed to SIP once it gets into my network and then it would hit my desk phone directly instead of the generic endpoint in the conference room.
