It says 2018 but the data is still 2017. I randomly found it in a Google search a few weeks ago. I couldn't find it in the store either. My guess is that it's hidden from search until they push the update.
Have you tried going to the play store or iTunes and actually looking when the last update was?
yeah there is a print option on the page to print the pdf. looks like they havent made the page yet as it loads nothing.
