Might not be exactly what you're looking for but the C25K app by RunDouble just takes you through the program. Tells you when to warm up, start running, cool down etc. It's not super customizable at all but does provide structure and I like it a lot

I used RunDouble's android app when I started (some 4 years ago) and just started using it again as we are training our 9-year-old to run with us. Well worth the $1.59 it costs and I like to support the development (it even works on the latest version of Android). It gives you a basic rundown of what you will be doing each day, lets you re-run a day (if you need to), gives prompts for each interval, and even gives a halfway notification.
