I only use one app: ScorePal
It's a fantastic app that can be used to log your plays and synchronize them with BGG. The best thing about the app is that you can choose a template, per game, for scoring calculations. It is AMAZING. Here's an example for Scythe. It keeps track of the time as well, it's great.
It also provides a couple of graphs about your performance, most played games, most played people, etc. It's cool but I don't use it.
The app is free but the BGG integration requires a 1 time only payment, which I don't remember the amount but for me it's mega worth it.
Score Pal if you are on Android. It's excellent, I've used it this year to log my gameplay and it has most of the stuff that you're looking for. It has win percentages, shows you the best/worst game for each person, shows you stats for each game and many other stuff. I've talked to the developer and he's been very responsive and implemented a lot of features that I suggested. This app coupled with Chwazi are my go to apps that I use when I play.
I've been messing around with this scoring app lately, which also has stat tracking functionality. Maybe give it a look if you're on an Android device.
ScorePal has numerous games you can keep score in and also save peoples stats across games. I do like the art in yours though. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hfd.scorepal&hl=en
I've been using ScorePal for a week now and I like it so far. I like the possibility to create groups of players for quick selection. Before we start with a game, I choose the game, enter the players and location and the timer starts counting. When finished I enter score and submit with "finish" and everything gets uploaded to BGG. So far I like it a bit more than the BGG app for logging while at the table. It also comes with a bunch of possible stat screens for games and players (general win rates, highest win rates for each game by person, etc.)
Have you tried https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hfd.scorepal ? It has games in their database with the specific scoring and you also can create a custom one.
It also has a pro version, that you can sync with BGG
Scorepal on Android works really well. It has a load of templates for popular games, and also allows for custom ones (you can import the box art from BGG, too).
I'm a big fan of ScorePal for Android (not sure if they have an iOS version). Love all of the stats it pulls for players/games from all the games I enter.
For scoring, although I don't know if it integrates with anything, I use ScorePal: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hfd.scorepal
Lots of pre-made scoresheets and the ability to create your own. I use it as a basic scoresheet.
If you have an Android phone, I'd highly recommend ScorePal. For games that don't determine winner by highest/lowest score, the tracked games can be setup to allow manual entry for who won. The app then provides tons of data on players/games over time.
Check out ScorePal, I'm using it all the time and it's great. Also free.
I use an app called ScorePal. You can set the game up with different sections, which is handy.
ScorePal on Android.
ScorePal has Sushi Go! and many other games. It integrates your plays with BGG too.

If you're using Android, ScorePal is definitely the way to go. They just released version 2 with some fantastic additions!
My game groups use ScorePal for score tracking and logging plays, and Chwazi for determining first player.
For my X-Wing needs, I also use a squad builder and a solo AI app.
ScorePal might be what you're needing.
On Android, there's a really good app called "ScorePal".
Io uso ScorePal

You might want to take a look at ScorePal and see if it has a rule set for Carcassonne.

Not sure if it's available for iOS, but have a look for ScorePal. It hasn't been updated in a while but still works rather well.

I've used ScorePal and really like it.
