I've created an android app that generates shuffled Spotify playlists. It can be used to generate small playlists or large playlists, so the shuffled order of songs can also be kept for as long as you wish. It has one in app purchase to unlock all features. If you use android the app Shuffly is what I use, and I'm using the paid version so I can't speak to how useful free is. I would guess there are other totally free options too but tbh I found this and just went for it because I didn't feel like searching more lol.

I have used this one in the past. Not free though and requires Spotify premium.

Iirc this will only help in the paid version, in case that's relevant, as I believe free spotify only works on shuffle? Plus this is a little on the clunkier side honestly.

There are tools that will let you create a pre-shuffled copy of your playlist, and if you then play that in order it should work continuing on like you're looking for until it's gone all the way through. I like to make a handful of pre-shuffled copies off my big main lists of music, so I can just fire one up whenever and delete as I finish using each one.
If you are also in the "Spotify's shuffle function bothers me" camp like lots of folks then this has the added bonus of giving you a random order in place of their efforts to even out what kinds of songs play or whatever it's doing.
Note: I haven't tried these first two shufflers and can't speak to how good they are. I use one on Android I paid a couple bucks for, but there seems to be plenty of free options around. I just googled "spotify shuffler."

This is the one I use. The free version is pretty limited and probably not a good free option at all tbh, the full version was $3 and has been pretty neat.
Here's the app. I haven't used in a while as i migrated to applemusic during the widget fiasco.

Other way to do this is manually. I did this before i got that app. It's actually a simple thing if you are on a computer. The app is better as it can refresh the the shuffled playlist with new songs if you add stuff to the original.
