I have mixed feelings about the premise of subscription services for guided meditations, but Simple Habit was the only one that got me consistently meditating. The 7 day trial is great, as well as some of the free offerings. I paid for a year-long subscription at a discount, but I discovered I really don't like a lot of their guided meditations.
But now I meditate without an app, so this at least got me started ¯\(ツ)/¯
I'd go with Simple Habit: Meditation, Sleep
