I know this isn't in the spirit of the joke, but myself and a mate made an app that can fix that for you as a project for Uni if you have an android. It's not perfect, but it's free.
This particular correction is done through the colour extraction (in this case, green) part of the app. It works in realtime, unlike most other apps that are out there, as well as still images.
It also has a colourblindness simulator (all types of colourblindess red/green and blue/yellow) for those who aren't colourblind and would like to see what it's like, or if you wanted to demonstrate to others what you see.
Hope you get some use out of it :)
Myself and another made an app for that as an assignment for Uni. It simulates colour blindness, yet also allows the filtering out of colours for those with colour blindness to be able to identify what colour they're looking at. (among a few other things).

edit: should you guys dl it, keep in mind that we developed it in less than a semester, we tested it on 4 devices and and aren't continuing to update it... just in case you come across some bugs.
