Ogre Battle. Oh, the classic. It'd be difficult to find something like that... but here's something that's somewhat similar to Ogre Battle.
SRPG Generation of Chaos Turn-based movement, large scale battle: instead of 5v5 you get 30v30. Could be overwhelming for those who're not familiar with the system. Ported from PSP, so you may try the emulation first.
Generation of Chaos: Pandora's Reflection is unlike the one above: it has real time movement (similar to Ogre Battle) but (from what I've seen) no army-based battle. Never played this, but someone else on the Internet told me about this so I'm posting this here for your reference.
The Last Remnant has one feature similar to Ogre Battle: battles with squads of 5 characters, labeled by Hiroshi Takai (director of the game) as a "turn-based, command-based system using symbol encounters". Sadly, it was only available in Japan Play Store - and support and sale of this game has just been officially discontinued... and also note that this game used cloud streaming to make it possible to play on Android.
From what I can tell, Kemco serves as a publisher for several developers that churn out new RPGs every few months. They're always serviceable, but never remarkable.
I've played one when Amazon gave it away; I probably have more from previous bundles that I've never played.
If you really need a non-roguelike RPG, go ahead, but your time would probably be spent better playing genuine 16-bit RPGs... somehow. If the text is big enough on your device.
SRPG Generation of Chaos - 4.0
[Premium] RPG Chronus Arc - 4.2
Premium-RPG Bonds of the Skies - 4.4
RPG Cross Hearts Arcadia - 4.2
RPG Crystareino - 3.9 - no premium version on Google Play?
RPG Blazing Souls Accelate - 4.3
Keep in mind, the people that buy/rate those are mostly hardcore RPG fans.
"SRPG Generation of Chaos" store link - it's the Android release of this. I'm pretty sure some of the other HyperDevbox stuff is also ports; although the more recent ones may have been developed cross-platform.
