StrengthCalc.com was created for that explicit purpose, though I don't maintain it as well as I maintain the Android app
Edit: Routine wise, you should look at something like a linear progression [Starting Strength, Strong Lifts, etc], to get your basic strength up, or if you're more interested on bodybuilding - try "AllPro's Beginner Bodybuilding routine".
So, I finally got off my ass and made a fully native version of StrengthCalc for android, if you're using the old one, I'd suggest updating... much, much betterer. The older versions would've been made fully native, but I lost the signing keys for my app and couldn't update them... killed all my motivation for awhile (plus starting a new jorb developing somewhat important software affecting millions of children)
Among other things, you can now create your own routines, push them to the SC servers, and if I deem them to be not overly retarded, other people can download them.
As always, StrengthCalc is in perpetual beta, so there will be bugs, but head on over to /r/strengthcalc to report them and I'll work on them as quickly as possible.
So, yeah, use a proven routine, something something STRENFCALK
