If you have a android phone can get a great app i use this one https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tarantula.p3kb
Or this one for all exotic pets https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.myexoticpets.p3kb
OK, so first of all, stop trying to feed them veggies. They're carnivores, they're not going to eat tomatoes and carrots and if you leave that stuff in there it's just going to mold and cause problems.
Next, I've raised about a dozen Ts (I'm by no means the most experienced when compared to some of the people in this sub, but I've got experience) and I've never had to feed pre-killed crickets. There was one time I had a bag of a dozen crickets die from heat (it was a five minute drive home, but they didn't make it) and I managed to convince most of my Ts to eat one as soon as I got home while they were still freshly dead, but once the carcasses start to dry and harden, the spiders want nothing to do with them.
Stick to feeding live crickets (or roaches).
Also, the only time I've fed more than twice per week was when they were tiny slings and I was feeding them flightless fruit flies.
Most importantly, don't stress about it too much. They'll eat when they need to. All you can really do is offer food, it's up to them to eat it or not. Tarantulas can go for months without eating. There are more issues caused by over-feeding than by under-feeding (don't starve your Ts, but don't worry if they starve themselves).
There's an app called Tarantulas that's free and pretty great for keeping track of feeding, molts, cage cleanings, etc. If you only mark them as fed when you know they ate, you'll know for sure how long they've gone without eating.
Another thing, when Ts eat, you won't find a cricket carcass. You'll either find nothing or you'll find a bolus (don't search for "bolus" in Google images, that was a big mistake. If you need more images, search for "tarantula bolus")
And just to finish with an anecdote, I have a B. smithi that has been an awesome eater her whole life, except for one molt cycle. She molted, ate one cricket, went several months without eating and then molted again. Before and since that cycle, she ate everything I threw at her, but she just went weird for apparently no reason. It happens. If you want some really wacky fasting stories, talk to some Rosie owners. Those Ts will fast for months, and in some cases a year or more, for no other reason than to stress you out.
The only thing that could cause a T to refuse eating that you can do anything about is stress. If you want to rule that out, you can post pictures of your enclosures and give us as much info about their environment as you can. Temperature? Humidity? Any heat sources you're using? Do you handle them? If so, how often? Is it loud in the room they're in? Smokey? Anything else in or around their enclosures you can think of? It's probably not you, but some of the things you said you're trying are pretty out there (carrots?) so it might be worth it to rule out environmental stresses.
I use an android app that basically is a glorified excel spreadsheet.
