Sorry, I can't answer your question but I do have another great recommendation for you. It is an app called '300 Sayings of the Ascetics of the Orthodox Church' (Link:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.orthomission.tristaslovmudrosti&hl=en)
I actually used to suffer from very serious anxiety and praying and reading the New Testament actually helped a lot.
Also, this app was a MASSIVE help for me.
Also keep saying to God 'Thy will be done'.
Edit: The app is called '300 Sayings of the Ascetics of the Orthodox Church'.
I'd like to take this opportunity to plug this quotes app called '300 Sayings of the Ascetics of the Orthodox Church'. It's really great.
You guys may like this site.
You can also get it as an app
One of my personal favourite quotes is,
> Amma Theodora said: A certain monk, afflicted by many sorrows, said to himself, "Leave this place." With these words he began to put his sandals on his feet, and suddenly he saw the devil in the form of a man sitting in the corner of his cell. The devil was also putting on his sandals. He said to the monk, "Are you leaving here because of me? Well then, wherever you go, I will be there before you.
