What is Reddit's opinion of Toy Blast?

As cute as the game is, the developers clearly ripped off another game called Toy Blast. I started playing that instead when I found out. It's literally exactly the same, just skinned differently. Puzzle Party also only has 143 levels whereas Toy Blast has 1000.

I think I can confidently speak for the fandom as a whole and say that Backflip Studios did something that we can't in good faith support. All they did was purchase a license from Hasbro to make an MLP themed game, but chose to reskin an existing game from another developer instead for a quick money grab. It's rather unfortunate that this happened.

Some developers make serious money this way. Some of highest grossing apps on Google Play are ones with no ads (not even pay to remove) and just in-app purchases.

Toy Blast has no ads and you spend money on extra lives, powerups, and to continue levels. According to this source, the game makes over $700k a day!
