You can have a look at Trickl
It's probably not the best, there's still room for improvement on the app
But it's free and open source made by a redditor

Hey just released an update with this and a couple of other features. Just start a download then go to your downloads and long press on the torrent. Then from that dialogue you can view, add or remove trackers. You can download the apk from: http://bit.ly/1_0_4 Or go to the play store and download the version without search enable: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.shwifty.tex
Would like to throw my app into the mix here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.shwifty.tex
The code can be found here: https://github.com/arranlomas/Trickl
Allows streaming and Chromecasting with search and browse. Would love you to give it a try and let me know what you think.
Posted on Reddit a while back: https://www.reddit.com/r/androidapps/comments/7anr3j/dev_i_recently_open_sourced_my_android_torrent/ You can have a read of some of the comments there to get an idea of what other people think
Edit: sorry for the formatting, on mobile
