What is Reddit's opinion of Umbra?

I'm interested in a "Fog of World" equivalent for Android. I've found Umbra, but I don't think it has feature parity with Fog of World.

I know there is an app on the iphone called "fog of world" so i googled that and found this game

Haven't used it, and doesn't have a lot of installs/reviews, but it is what shows up when searching around the place for this kind of thing on Android
