I've created a free fitness app with some friends called Updown Fitness. You can completely build a workout from scratch using our custom build tool and can select from over 1500+ exercises, weighted and unweighted. The app uses a proprietary algorithm to recommend how many reps to do and weights to use and adjusts these numbers based on your workout. Set and rest timers guide you through the workout itself. It is not purely a logging app like you are looking for, but it might be a nice option to check out. There is also functionality to view the stats on every workout and exercise you've ever done.
