This is my first attempt at making a game, and I tried making it about knitting. The links for the iOS and Android versions are below. I'm hoping to work on it some more and make it better, but I need help with direction. I'm not a knitter so there's a lot I'm maybe getting wrong or don't know about. I'd really like feedback and suggestions.
I have a subreddit for the game at https://www.reddit.com/r/viralknitsdevchat/ if anyone is open to a deeper discussion about knitting video games. This first one I'm trying to learn about the broad strokes of knitting; why people started and what keeps them interested. I want to follow this up with a better game that gets into the finer strokes of the actual process of knitting, and maybe plays a bit more like Game Dev Story. And then after I've learned the finder details of knitting, I want to make a bigger game that asks and answers the question "What if knitting saved the day?" But, right now, it starts with this super basic package:

Android - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mikelewis.viralknitshd
It's free and has no ads. The in-app purchases are extra yarn, but there's a Spinner feature that generates free yarn as you play, and a Post ISOs button in the LYS section which gives a bunch of free yarn and is accessible every few projects. The in-app purchases are largely redundant and only there as a route to support the game. I'll probably be putting more free yarn in anyways. I recently realized I should have yarn as a reward for a completed commission. That will probably go in the next patch.
I rolled out a small update to my knitting game based on early feedback from users here and on Ravelry. If you have your own thoughts on it, please provide them in the dev chat subreddit. All feedback is appreciated, even the negative as it identifies areas to avoid, remove, or adjust.

Per Reddit Feedback:
- Help Button now available immediately rather than at end of Tutorial.
- Help Text now describes general good strategy rather than simply button effect.
- Development is on-going to revise the Help Screen to be interactive so that button effects can be described as well (changing it to be a dynamic text field that changes based on selections within Help rather than be a generic one-stop Help).
Per Ravelry Feedback:
- "Haters & Trolls" have been switched to "Post Fatigue".
- Alternate game style is currently being developed which will focus on globetrotting to learn exotic patters and knitting techniques. This will probably take me a month or two to have something "playable" implemented.
