• Selling a game for 99 cents on Android? Definitely no, maybe on iOs.
• Engine? We used Unity, you can create anything you want with it, also Unity Ads integration takes like 1 hour if you don't know anything.
• Cost? Didn't get that
• Portability? Easy with Unity

You think so? I guess my game isn't for the traditional gamers out there...might be better to do a proper side-scroller instead, but I think a tower defense game is still pretty popular on mobile.
