WorkFlowy is one I use for weekly/monthly/periodic checklists. I don't think you can get much simpler (See their blog entry: How to make reusable checklists). I've also tried Google Keep for this, but I've stuck with WorkFlowy for its minimalist design.
Someone in this sub recommended WorkFlowy and it's a pretty unique app. It takes a bit to figure out where they are going with it but you can tell a lot of design went into it
I use Workflowy for work. It has a simple, non-cluttered interface, it's smooth and easy to use, the free version is more than enough for me, and has a desktop app as well that syncs with the mobile one.

Probably the most important tool in my organizational schemes. It's pretty basic in what it offers but gives you a clean interface to work with.

It's a bulleted list that is taggable/searchable, and it has the capability to "star" your main pages as well.
You get 250 bullets/items a month unless you want to purchase WorkFlowy Pro (subscription based). When using it free, you can add more info under each bullet that doesn't account for your "used bullets/items" total.
I use WorkFlowy basically to organize my entire life. You can also use it at http://workflowy.com - I've got everything in there, from notes of meetings, to work project to-do lists, music to listen to, recipes...

Workflowy is a pretty neat free text editor that allows nested text (like notes inside notes) and is really handy for organising things. There's an app version too. Apparently there's an offline desktop version (which requires chrome browser to run), but I haven't tried that one
edit: spelling
You can do this with WorkFlowy.
Perhaps WorkFlowy?
